Public Hunting and Fishing Areas nearby!
The Mecan River Inn is located in Waushara County and is close to the boarder of Adams and Marquette Counties. These three counties offer a large variety of public hunting and fishing areas that you will have close access to!

ATV, Snowmobile, and Hiking trails
If you like to hike, or ride, there are some great trails to hit nearby! There is an ATV/Snowmobile trail that goes right past the property, and many places a short drive away that you will definitely want to visit!

The Mecan River and lakes
The Mecan River, a class A trout stream, is 100 yards from our location! It's headwaters, teeming with wildlife is only 5 miles away. Whether you're looking to cast a line, paddle on the kayak/canoe or both, there are plenty of great places to do so!
